Welcome to my

I’d love to be
able to offer you a cup of coffee or tea and visit with
you a while but this one-sided chat will have to do.
In spite of the
unbelievable number of snowstorms this year, I’m putting
on a brave face. Right now, I have Beethoven’s Pastoral
Symphony playing on the stereo. I find that joyful and
romantic…even if there is a blizzard going on outside my
office window.
March has always
been an upbeat time for me. Here in Ontario, the back of
the winter is broken. (At least, one can hope it is!)
I have several Good
News items this month.
RELEASE DATE
BIG NEWS: The
release date for my new paranormal romance from Awe-Struck
eBooks has been moved ahead to November. DREAM MAN (this
title unfortunately is only temporary) is a story full of
thrills and chills. It’s a love story with a ghost,
reincarnation and an ancient curse. It was great fun to
write. And Jake was the kind of sexy, vital hero any woman
would love to have step out of her dreams in the flesh.
Well, occasionally in the flesh.

Lloyd’s Change of Plans is a delightfully
exciting, romantic suspense tale. I love books with strong
female characters and this book has more than one….
(Mike) has that alpha he-man personality but he is also
surprisingly sensitive to Sara’s feelings and charmingly
romantic… The action and the romance are fast paced and
captivate the reader’s imagination… I enjoy Ms.
Lloyd’s writing style and sense of fun and adventure

I will be at the
Romantic Times Booklovers’ Convention at the Hilton
Pittsburgh from April 16th to the 20th.
If you are in the area between 5:00 and 7:00 pm on
Wednesday April 16th, do try to drop in to the E-Book, Audio Book, Independent Publisher & MultiMedia Expo.
I’d love to talk to
you. This Expo will have more than 100 authors. There will
be books to buy and e-publishers waiting to help you.
Industry experts will be on hand to help with purchasing
downloads or finding that book on-line. Don’t know about
e-readers? This is the place to be.
From June 6th to 8th, I will
be at the Bloody Words Mystery Conference at the Toronto
Marriott Downtown .
RECIPE
THIS MONTH’S RECIPE is
FRENCH ONION SOUP (Family Style). I thought this hot
fragrant soup would appeal particularly to those of us in
the colder, snowier parts of the continent.
It's
presently the first recipe on my recipe page. Try it. My
family, even the grandchildren, love it.
